Nicole & Nora are two mini dachshunds — one nervous, one fearless — and I didn’t set out to build anything. I just started documenting the chaos of letting them take over my life in NYC.
Then the chaos found an audience. What began as cute clips turned into ~70kfollowers across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube — and, to my own surprise, real income.
Here’s the part nobody tells you: none of it was luck or being “good on camera” (I’m barely in the frame). It was a handful of systems I stumbled into and then refined. So I started writing them down — honestly, with the numbers left in.
That’s what The Petfluencer Diaries is. The plays that grew two dachshunds into a paid pet account — no hype, no “crush it,” no pretending an audience appears overnight. Just what actually moved the needle, what didn’t, and what I’d do differently starting today.
If you want the real mechanics rather than the origin story, start with how those ~70k followers actually came together, a sample breakdown of a creator’s first $1,000, and the honest guide to becoming a pet influencer.
